The best way to predict the future

I learn a lot from many people, friends and mentors along the way. One person to another came across me, bring insight and went off; those impression stays. And now i try not only to recollect those memories, more than that i am able to repeat the ritual of discourse.

It was 3 weeks a go when the idea stroke me, i try to mould it so it can be executed. Brief all thoughts to my team and let them believe in it before carry it on. In research we are quite familiar with the expert panel method, The way to recollect wisdom, to forsee trends, predict the future. My idea is so simple that competing expert can not be in the same room when you expect them to fill you up with their thought. Serial expert panel with casual delivery must be okay.

Until now the idea have materialized in to 3 of quite amazing intellectual discourse. Microsoft, Google and qualcomm came in. It has been 2 weeks of engaging moment with them.

Learn a lot, and so sure to spread more. Beyond that i am also happy that i am able to draw in all my team member to go together doing something out of routine, and celebrate together after each success.

So it is , the best way to predict the future is to invent one!
